Advanced Tasting with Tomato Coffee Class is an intensive cupping class focused on the technical aspects of tasting coffee. Learn how to precisely describe precise nuances in flavor, body, acidity, and more, and document your experience using a coffee cupping form.

In Advanced Tasting, you will:

-  taste and analyze four different coffees together with Julien

- increase your ability to taste comparatively and describe your experience  

- increase your ability to calibrate and taste with others

- identify your strengths as a taster

- identify challenges and develop strategies to overcome difficulties

- articulate and refine your skills at a professional level

Advanced Tasting focuses on expanding your capabilities as a taster. Advanced Tasting is a cupping class, and it is suggested to have some experience in cupping coffees before taking the class.
