Advanced Tasting with Tomato Coffee Class engages your staff in a specialized group cupping, focusing on the technical elements of tasting and comparing coffees. The Umeshiso x Tomato cupping forms will be utilized to record and articulate the experience of each participant. Staff will taste your coffees and become familiar with the unique nuances between your offerings.
By the end of the class, your staff will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to confidently taste and describe coffee on their own, and communicate to customers about your coffee offerings’ flavor profiles. Advanced Tasting requires that staff be familiar with cupping previously, so this class is recommended to be preceded by Cupping 101, or by regular cupping practice.
