Cupping 101
Tomato Coffee Class Cupping 101 is an accessible introduction to the act of cupping coffee. In Cupping 101 we will discuss the history of cupping, flavor notes, and engage in a cupping featuring two different Mother Tongue Coffee coffees.
In Cupping 101, you will be encouraged to use the Umeshiso x Tomato cupping form to describe your taste experience, but if you would rather engage in casual conversation about the coffees, that is okay too! Cupping 101 is a great way to learn about the significance of coffee cupping and understand how to describe your coffee tasting experience in a relaxed format.
No cupping experience necessary. A suggested materials list is located here.
