Tomato Coffee Class’s Coffee Cupping 101 is designed to familiarize your staff with the act of cupping coffee, and increase their ability to describe the flavor profiles of your coffee offerings. In Coffee Cupping 101 we discuss the history of cupping, flavor notes, and engage in a group cupping.
Staff will be encouraged to use the Umeshiso x Tomato cupping form to describe their taste experiences. Coffee Cupping 101 is a great way to learn about the significance of coffee cupping and understand how to describe the individual’s coffee tasting experience in an accessible format.
