Every coffee begins as a small fruit before it reaches our kitchens and coffee shops. In Seed to Cup you will gain an understanding and appreciation of the effort it takes to harvest and process coffee, learn about the processes that are used at origin, and the impact that different processes have on the coffee flavor.
After gaining an understanding of methods at origin, explore the world of coffee sourcing and, finally, the roasting process. Want to deep-dive into a particular segment?
